Handle orders

Accept orders, get them ready and complete them. Completing records the sale and takes the stock.

Steps

1. Open Virtual shop and go to the Orders tab. New orders are under New.
2. Tap Accept, or Reject if you can't serve it.
3. When it is ready, tap Ready for pickup or Out for delivery.
4. If the customer paid at the door, tap Mark paid and choose how they paid.
5. Tap Complete. The sale goes into your books and stock goes down.

Tips

• An order must be paid before you can complete it.
• Stock is held for an order from the moment it is placed.
