Entries waiting to sync
The phone app saves your entries even with no internet and sends them when you are back online.
Steps
- Keep recording as normal while offline.
- When you have internet again, open the app and wait a moment. Entries sync by themselves.
- To check, open More, then Sync queue.
- Still stuck? Pull down to refresh, or sign out and back in once you are online.
Tips
- Don't uninstall the app while entries are waiting to sync.
