I didn't get the email code

Codes usually arrive within a minute. Here is what to check.

Steps

1. Wait a minute, then check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
2. Make sure the email address on the screen is right. If not, tap Use a different account.
3. Tap Resend code. You can ask again after 60 seconds.
4. Use only the newest code. Older codes stop working.

Tips

• You can ask for up to 5 codes an hour.
