Confirm payments you received

Check your M-Pesa, then confirm or reject each I've paid claim.

Steps

1. Open My pages and go to Payments.
2. Under To confirm, check the code and amount against your M-Pesa messages.
3. Tap Confirm if you got the money. It is recorded as income.
4. Tap Not received if you did not.
