Catalogue suggestions and Keep private

While you type a name, Rekodi suggests matching products from the shared catalogue. Pick one to fill in the details.

Steps

1. Start typing the product Name.
2. Under Did you mean, tap the right product. Rekodi fills in the name, model, size, category, unit, barcode and photo.
3. Add your own price and stock, then save.
4. If nothing matches, save it as your own. It is suggested to the shared catalogue.
5. For custom or handmade items, turn on Keep private so they stay out of the shared catalogue.

Tips

• Only the product's name, model, size, barcode, category, unit and photo are shared. Your prices, stock, suppliers and business name are never shared.
• A new product becomes visible to other shops once it has a valid barcode or three shops use it.
