Add a product

Add each item you sell with its price and stock. Rekodi then counts stock with every sale and purchase.

Steps

1. Open Inventory and tap + (New Item).
2. Type the Name, for example Cooking oil.
3. Add the Model / brand if it has one, for example Elianto. It shows as Cooking oil : Elianto.
4. Pick a Category and add a photo if you like.
5. Enter the Quantity In Stock and the Selling Price.
6. Scan or type the barcode if the item has one, so you can scan to sell.
7. Tap Save Item.

Tips

• Set a Minimum stock to see the item under Low stock before it runs out.
• Duplicate an item to add a similar one quickly.
