Order from a shop

Add items to your cart, choose pickup or delivery and place the order.

Steps

1. Open a shop and tap Add on the items you want.
2. Tap Checkout.
3. Choose Pickup or Delivery. For delivery, add directions or Pin my location.
4. Choose Pay on pickup/delivery or M-Pesa now.
5. Fill in your name and phone and tap Place order.
6. Follow the order under My orders.

Tips

• With M-Pesa now, a PIN prompt appears on your phone.
• You can cancel an order until the shop accepts it.
