Forgot your PIN

Sign out, sign back in with your password, then set a new PIN.

Steps

1. On the lock screen, tap Forgot PIN?
2. Tap Sign out.
3. Sign in again with your password or Google.
4. Set a new PIN when Rekodi asks. Do it within 10 minutes of signing in.
5. Your other devices will ask you to sign in again and then use the new PIN.

Tips

• To change a PIN you remember, open Settings, then Security, then Change PIN.
• Forgot your password too? Tap Forgot password? on the log in page and use the emailed code.
