Sell on credit and collect later

Let a customer pay part now and the rest later. Rekodi keeps the balance under Customer Debts.

Steps

1. Add the items to the cart and tap Choose wallet.
2. Choose Part / On Credit.
3. Type the Customer Name (needed for credit) and phone.
4. Enter Paid Now and a due date if you want, then complete the sale.
5. When the customer pays, open Customer Debts and tap Receive Payment.
6. Pick the customer, the amount and the wallet, then record it.

Tips

• Old debts from before Rekodi? Use Add Debt on Customer Debts.
• A payment is spread over the oldest invoices first.
